The Summer Solstice marks the longest day of the year! And with it comes a powerful opportunity to pause, reflect, and align with what you wish to cultivate in the season ahead.

Join Sarah for a deeply restful 90-minute exploration of Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep,” a deeply restorative meditation practice that invites the body into meditative rest.

Benefits of Yoga Nidra may include:�

? Improved sleep quality (45 minutes of yoga nidra = 3 hours of deep sleep!)�

We’ll begin with gentle movement to help settle into the body, followed by a discussion of Yoga Nidra and the yogic principle of the Koshas, also know as the layers of our being that guide us toward our truest Self. From there, you’ll be guided into an extra supportive savasana and a deeply restful Yoga Nidra meditation.

This workshop is open to all-levels and requires no prior meditation experience!
