This sound bath event is designed to provide a space for participants to deepen their experience of gratitude through meditative practices and soothing soundscapes.By immersing yourself in this afternoon of gratitude and relaxation you will leave feeling rejuvenated and inspired. Take this opportunity to nurture your well-being and discover the transformative power of gratitude.Pre-registration required; limited spots available.What to bring:Please bring your own yoga mat and anything you need for comfort - such as bolsters pillows and blankets. Please dress comfortably for this event as you will be lying down to fully absorb into the vibrations of the sound bowls.Zero gravity chairs - If you have had a recent injury or surgery or have issues with sitting and lying down on the floor you can reserve a Zero-Gravity chair for your comfort!
