Shake off the winter chill and step into an evening of laughter, great food, and Southern‑style hospitality—right here in the heart of Redmond. Join us at Pomegranate Bistro, the cozy neighborhood spot where the door opens to a warm welcome, a cold craft cocktail, and comfort food dreamed up by Chef Lisa Dupar and her incredible team.

This special spring comedy night brings together a lineup of talented stand‑up comedians ready to brighten your season with fresh jokes, sharp storytelling, and the kind of joy that pairs perfectly with firebreads, fried chicken, and bourbon‑braised everything.

Plan a night out with your favorite ladies or treat yourself. Tables will be available for parties of 4 and up. We will do our best to fit parties of 3 at tables when possible. Otherwise, we have plenty of seating at the bar.

These shows sell out so don't wait to secure your tickets!

A $30 food and/or drink minimum per person is required. Zero-proof cocktails are an option! Must be 21+ to attend as the entertainment will be located in the bar.

Info: @emmettmontgomery Emmett Montgomery is a Utah-born/Seattle-based storyteller and comedian who has been failing beautifully on stages across the country for almost two decades. He was voted by the readers of Seattle Weekly’s “Best Seattle Comedian” three times (2014, 2015, 2017) and has been fortunate to be an active participant in Seattle’s creative landscape since stopping off of a Greyhound bus and into the Pacific Northwest. He currently is one of the hosts and curators of Joketellers Union at the Clock-Out Lounge a stand-up showcase with an emphasis on giving a platform to important voices and building community and believes that telling stories to each other is one of the best parts about being human.

Info: @cararosellini is a stand up comedian, actor and writer who started her career in LA and continues to work in Seattle. Her dry style and sharp writing keeps a captive audience laughing…or curious. She has competed in the Seattle Comedy Competition twice and is a regular feature in Seattle comedy clubs such as Laugh’s and Club Comedy. Cara has performed in numerous clubs up and down the west coast including the Laugh Factory, the Hollywood Improv., the Comedy Store and Rooster T. Feathers to name a few. She has also performed in various bookstores, bars, restaurants, living rooms and a van.

Info: @caseymclaincomedy Casey McLain is a stand up comedian based in the Pacific Northwest. He has a stand up comedy special called "Do Not Shake" that came out in 2024. Casey performs all over the country, and has been in the Great Outdoors Comedy Festival in 2024 and 2025.
