ELIGIBILITY
You are eligible to attend the Graduation Ceremony if you are currently studying or have recently completed a Certificate III, Certificate IV, Diploma, Dual Diploma or Advanced Diploma. To be eligible, you must have either already achieved your chosen qualification by 2025 or be on track to complete it by the end of this year.
Please contact your teacher and confirm eligibility with them, prior to purchasing tickets.
If in doubt, register!
If you have not completed your qualification in time to graduate, your application will be withdrawn, you will be refunded in full and you will then need to apply to graduate at the next ceremony.
If you register as a graduate, you will be participating in the on-stage ceremony, which includes wearing a gown and walking across the stage to receive your certificate.
If you register as a guest, you will not be participating in the on-stage ceremony.
ORDER OF PROCEEDINGS
12:30pm: Graduates to arrive, register and collect their caps, gowns and stoles
1:30pm: Guests to arrive
1:40pm: Registration for graduates closes
1:45pm: Mandatory student briefing inside the venue
2:15pm: Doors open! Guests to be seated
2:30pm: Doors close! Ceremony commences
4:30pm: End of Ceremony
