The Shamanic Breathwork Process is designed to guide us through the energy systems of the body, to access our cellular makeup, and all different levels and aspects of ourselves on a deep level.
To complete your experience there will be an art mandala processing session to really ground and integrate your journey, followed by sacred sister shares.🌹
