Join us for a vibrant, soul-nourishing day of movement, rhythm, creativity and connection.

We’re bringing together the energy of African Dance, Dundun Dance and the grounding creativity of macramé in one beautiful, immersive experience.

What to expect:
• FUN • FITNESS • DRUMMING • DANCING • CREATIVITY

Part 1: One hour of African Dance and One hour of Dundun Dance (with Marianna from AfroMoves)
Kick off the day with an uplifting and energising African dance session!

Dundun dance is a unique combination of traditional African dance and stick drumming on dunduns, with lots of funky moves and infectious rhythms—creating a powerful, joyful, full-body experience.

All drums will be provided and no experience needed – just come ready to move, laugh and connect.

Please wear loose and comfortable clothing to dance in.

Part 2: African-Inspired Macramé Workshop (with Danielle from La Corda Designs)
After a break to rehydrate and refuel, we’ll slow things down with a mindful macramé session. You’ll create your own African-inspired wall hanging, incorporating earthy tones and natural textures.

All materials will be provided. 
Perfect for beginners and creatives alike – you’ll be guided step-by-step.
