Join us for a positive and heart warming evening under the wonderful full moon in Leo!  The Luna Sisters invite you to a beautiful moon ceremony at Rockshaw Road, Merstham, Redhill, UK. This in-person event is a unique opportunity to connect with the lunar energy and consciously release and let go to activate transformation.
Schedule:
17:15 Arrivals and settling in
17:30 Introduction, tea, getting to know each other, and an explanation on what to expect from the evening
17:45 Yoga and breathwork, a gentle yoga practise suitable for all levels to warm, stretch and open your chakras
18:00 Sound bowl guided meditation and breathwork
18:45 Intentions, release, and gratitude exercise
19:15 Oracle card readings
19:30 Chanting and close
Important Info:
Please arrive no later than 17:15 as the session will start promptly at 17:30 Unfortunatley we cannot allow late comers as this will disrupt the flow.
What to bring:
Yoga mat
Journal / note book and pen
Pillow / cushion to make yourself as comfortable as possible
Blanket
Warm layers
Water to stay hydrated
Eye mask (optional)
Not recommended for those in their first trimester. If you are in your second or third trimester we recommend you speak to your doctor before attending and position yourself at the back of the room.
May not be suitable for those with epilepsy, pace makers, ear problems, heart conditions or severe mental health issues.
