Free Sample Saturday

Well it’s the month of the Irish, and of course we have to visit Ireland for this month’s flavor of the month but no corned beef here, well besides my Ruben pierogi that is.
This month’s flavor is actually going to be a shepherds pie… Seasoned ground beef, peas, and carrots, whipped Parmesan potatoes, all tucked inside a little my little pocket of dough, and with a little luck, no pun intended… I’m hoping to pair up with Nana’s Spoon and make a secondary small batch with his wonderful bar cheese with the perfect blend of horseradish. He will also be joining me for Free sample Saturday offering up his yummy samples as well so make sure you stop by to explore some complementary flavors on the Pierogi flight plus there might be a few extra little tastings I might offer up as well. You’re not gonna wanna miss it so mark your calendars and save the date.
