We are so thrilled to announce this month's special guests are Joe Figliano & Kat Cowling - co-creators of Lovefest as well as co-creators of these Sydney Conscious Community Gatherings. Joe & Kat co-hosted the first 12 months of community gatherings and they will be returning as our guests to offer a Connection Workshop, just 2 days before Lovefest Cronulla! Joe & Kat will be inviting us to connect more with self, others and planet earth. Maria has also led meditation sessions in a corporate setting, both online and in person and is passionate about bringing people together, integrating years of self-awareness modalities and practices since 2009. Maria is an International Best Selling Co-Author of the multi-author book Beyond Conditioning and a meditation teacher on Insight Timer. Maria is also a Crisis Support Worker with Lifeline since December 2023 and worked at Lifeline's Bondi beach Critical Response support hub, offering face to face support for the community since the December 2025 attacks.
