The real problem was that I was doing too many things that no longer supported me and were draining my energy. Becoming a mother while building my own business alongside a part-time job revealed all the moments when I wasn't choosing myself. Instead of listening to my own needs, I found myself following other people's expectations, as well as strategies and advice from experts. Working through these challenges helped me regain my energy and laid the foundation for the methodology I now share with other women. Whenever life or my business started to feel chaotic, I instinctively began to simplify. I let go of what was draining my energy, reduced unnecessary stimulation, closed projects that no longer aligned with my direction, and intentionally created space for rest, peace and what truly mattered. Not long ago, I heard a sentence that stayed with me: "Nervous system regulation begins with reducing stimulation." My first thought was: "I've been doing exactly that for the past two years." That was the moment I realised that RESET doesn't end with simply pressing pause. It's a practice of intentionally creating space for what truly matters. Today I know that RESET is about more than simply pausing and resting. It's about consciously creating space by letting go of what no longer serves us. Because only then do we make space for calm, creativity, fresh ideas and a life that genuinely feels like our own. Creating space for yourself isn't a luxury. It's essential for supporting your mental wellbeing, emotional balance and overall health. WHAT WILL WE EXPLORE DURING THE WORKSHOP? During this workshop, I'll invite you to pause and gently explore what is currently filling your space- not only your calendar, but also your mind, body and everyday life. Through guided reflection, coaching exercises and embodiment practices, we'll explore: - what is currently draining your energy, - which commitments are aligned with your values and which come from obligation or other people's expectations, - what you might be ready to simplify, let go of or complete, - how to intentionally create more space for yourself, rest and what truly matters. This isn't a workshop about doing more. It's a workshop about consciously creating space. WHO IS THIS WORKSHOP FOR? This workshop is for you if you: - are balancing multiple roles—as a mother, partner, employee or business owner, - feel like you're constantly busy and responding to everyone else's needs, - have a full calendar but little room for what truly matters to you, long for more peace, lightness and inner clarity, - want to reconnect with yourself and make intentional decisions about where your energy goes. WHAT WILL YOU TAKE AWAY? - You'll leave with greater clarity and a deeper sense of calm. - You'll receive a simple tool to help you recognise what energises you and what drains you, making it easier to make everyday decisions that are aligned with yourself. - You'll also leave with meaningful insights and your first practical decisions to help you simplify your daily life, feel lighter and create space for what truly supports you. ABOUT FACILITATOR: Koralina Szwed is a RESET mentor, coach and embodiment facilitator. She supports women who are balancing multiple roles – work, motherhood and personal aspirations or building a business of their own – helping them restore their energy, move beyond overwhelm and reconnect with themselves.
