About the Facilitator

Koralina Szwed is a RESET mentor, coach and embodiment facilitator. She supports women who are balancing multiple roles – work, motherhood and their own dreams or business aspirations – helping them restore their energy, move beyond overwhelm and reconnect with themselves. Through coaching, breathwork and embodiment practices, she creates safe spaces for women to slow down, recharge and build a stronger sense of inner safety and self-trust.

Advance booking is required.


*Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water.

You don't need any previous experience or special preparation.

Just come exactly as you are.


*The workshop is funded by the public health grant Worcestershire County Council. 


During the workshop, we will gather insights on how to support and maintain the mental and physical wellbeing of women from Central and Eastern Europe. This information will be compiled into an NHS toolkit and shared in the following year.
