Pilates

Come join us on a Friday morning for a Pilates session at the village hall with Caroline Skinner

Caroline is a level 3 Pilates Teacher with over 12 years experience in the fitness industry and prides herself on making her classes enjoyable, affordable and inclusive to all ages and fitness abilities. In Caroline’s mat classes you will never do the same session twice, keeping your mind and body on their toes – both figuratively and literally! Pilates is the core form Caroline designs her classes around but a touch of yoga is thrown in to stretch and aid relaxation, adding a dynamic element to classes.

Pilates is a full-body exercise method that will help strengthen and stabilizes your core body, which is your foundation, so that you can move efficiently while improving your posture, flexibility, and mobility. Open to all, just turn up & have a go. A floor exercise mat is required.
