Official ReNEW Launch Event

A Carnival of Stories will be a vibrant outdoor mini-event celebrating community, and creativity, brought to life by Highly Sprung Performance and young people from across North East Worcestershire.

Inspired by the restored historic Showman’s Wagon from Avoncroft Museum, the event includes a carnival-style procession led by Highly Sprung’s unique flying machine, filled with music, movement, colour, and spectacle.

Featuring four groups of young people performing dynamic, fairground-inspired pieces and Highly Sprung's aerial performance soaring high above the audience, this exciting event will mark the beginning of the ReNEW project in truly unforgettable fashion.

Join us to celebrate the stories of the past and the voices shaping our future, as we launch ReNEW and shine a light on heritage, imagination, and community creativity.
