Info: Andy is a therapist, coach, instructor and Emotional Therapist with over 10 years of clinical experience, on top of his own self-healing and professional development journey. His school of coaching focuses on self awareness, self-discovery, healing and integration. The process is about uncovering the blocks, understanding the patterns, and creating actionable steps that align with your true self. Conscious Coaching is direct, practical, and deeply transformational, aiming to help you understand the roots of your fears, your insecurities, your negative self-talk and the things that are holding you back on life, so that you can effectively dissolve them and move forward with authenticity.

Info: Julie is an advanced Quantum Energy Coaching (QEC) trained practitioner who qualified in 2022. Since then she’s continued her learning journey and is trained in using QEC with trauma, addictions, medical conditions and intergenerational work. Lately she’s learnt how to integrate Gestalt with QEC. Trained in NLP and Reiki, her way of being is gentle and nurturing, allowing her clients a safe space to explore and uncover the root cause of their issue. She’s a keen supporter and trustee for a mentoring charity believing that everyone should have the opportunity to fulfill their potential. QEC is a relatively new personal development and coaching methodology that combines principles from various fields, including neuroscience, epigenetics, quantum physics, and traditional coaching techniques. It is aimed at helping individuals achieve significant changes in their beliefs, behaviours, and emotional responses by accessing and reprogramming the subconscious mind.
