Event: Friday Night Reset – A Sound Journey

As the week draws to a close, this Friday evening session offers a chance to slow down, release the weight of the days just gone, and gently reset your nervous system.
You’ll be guided into a comfortable resting position before being immersed in soothing sound vibrations created using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and therapeutic instruments. The sounds work on a deep, subconscious level, helping to quiet the mind, soften the body, and encourage deep rest.
This is not about doing, fixing, or thinking.
It’s about exhaling, letting go, and allowing yourself to be held in stillness.
Perfect if you’re feeling:

• Tired but wired
• In need of grounding and calm
• Ready to transition gently into your weekend
No experience is needed, simply arrive, lie down, and receive.
