Yoga & Sound Healing by Firelight

Join Kathryn Sabath for an intimate session as we close out the winter season. Immerse yourself in meditation, gentle movement, restorative breath work, and crystal sound bowl healing alongside the cozy fireplace. Invite nervous system regulation and quiet reconnection to your inner world before the blossoming of spring. Please bring your own mat, blanket, bolster or pillow, and reusable water bottle.
