Mel is a graduate of the California College of the Arts and has taught beginning watercolor classes in the Redding area for many years. His works have been exhibited throughout the North State and he is known for his thoughtful, conceptual approach to art.

You may bring your own materials or purchase them from Mel. If you need materials, please contact us (info@nval.org) before the class.
