Deepen your understanding of core strength, stability, and mindful movement while learning classical and contemporary Pilates principles.
You’ll gain skills in teaching progressions for all abilities and earn a recognized certification!

💻 This is a hybrid online + in-person training, with the online portion recommended to start (and ideally complete most of) before the in-person session.
