This January, Bethel Women is gathering for a brand-new 3-week Bible study from Havilah Cunnington called I Do Feelings: A 15-Day Journey on healthy, spirit-led emotional life. Together, we’ll explore how God designed our emotions as signals—not burdens—and how to walk in spiritual and emotional wholeness.
Across our three weeks, we’ll unpack why you were created to feel, how to navigate overwhelm with the Holy Spirit, and how to lead your emotional life with confidence, maturity, and peace. Whether you’ve felt “too much,” shut down, or simply want to feel emotionally steady again, this study will give you practical tools and Christ-centered clarity.
Come join us as we learn how to bring every emotion into God’s presence and live whole, anchored, and empowered. All women are welcome.
