Miracle Morning Tea - New Year Reset

Miracle Morning Tea – New Year Reset is a gentle, future-focused mini workshop for women who are ready to move beyond survival and intentionally design the year ahead.

This is a calm, welcoming space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what you want your life to feel like next. Rather than traditional goal setting, we’ll focus on clarity, intention, and conscious choice — using simple, guided prompts inspired by Mel Robbins’ Best Year framework.

During the session, you can expect:

• Guided reflection on the year that’s been, without pressure to share personal details
• Support to identify what you’re ready to stop, continue, and start
• Space to imagine and design the year ahead in a way that fits your real life
• Help choosing one clear focus to carry forward into 2026
• Connection with like-minded women who are also in a season of growth

This is not a crisis support group or a space for trauma processing.
It’s designed for survivors who feel ready for the next chapter — women who want to build, create, and move forward with intention.

Morning tea will be provided, and the session will be relaxed, practical, and supportive.
