Learn about some of our local, native, and invasive plants that are tasty and healthy and growing all around us!
Meet some plants you may have never considered to be edible, learn about drying plants and proper storage, as well as how to prepare these medicine packed beauties. Wild foods are what our ancestors ate and what we humans evolved to eat, so, if you aren’t already, it’s time to start indulging!
