Reiki Level 1 & 2 Training

Join Usui Reiki Master/Teacher Michele Anderson for our upcoming Reiki Level 1 & 2 training on February 21-22.

The Reiki Level One course includes:
• The history of Reiki
• How Reiki works
• Uses of Reiki
• Japanese Reiki Techniques including Gasho Meditation and Byosen Scanning
• Reiki hand positions for treatment of self or others
• A guided, relaxing meditation
• Reiki Level I attunement

In Reiki Level Two, students will:
-Receive the Level II Reiki attunement, which strengthens and refines Reiki energy
-Learn how to give a complete Reiki treatment on oneself and others
-Receive 3 healing symbols to use during Reiki treatments
-Learn more advanced Reiki techniques, including how to use healing at a distance
-Learn how to use Reiki with animals

At the conclusion of the weekend, students will be certified Level 2 Reiki practitioners.

Michele Anderson has over 20 years of experience providing Reiki healing to others. She has personally trained many individuals in the Hudson Valley, including children, and offers by-appointment healing sessions for clients. She is certified in Reiki for Animals and is a professional member of the International Center for Reiki Training.
