The full moon is the ultimate time for release. When it's fully illuminated, it naturally shines a light on the things we've been burying, making it the perfect energetic window to clear out the old and reclaim your clarity. If you’ve been feeling a bit stuck or caught in a mental fog, join us for a close-knit, deeply transformative evening designed to get you out of your head and back into your body.

Here is how our three hours together will flow:
We will begin with a full hour of grounding yoga to move our bodies, shake off stagnant energy, and open up our physical space. Once we are fully dropped into our bodies, we'll transition into an hour-long cacao ceremony and journaling circle. Ceremonial cacao is a beautiful, gentle plant medicine that helps unlock the heart and deepen intuition, making it the perfect companion as we put pen to paper and honor what we are ready to release. Finally, we will close with an hour of sacred sound bath healing. You'll lay back and let the sonic frequencies wash over you, deeply soothing your nervous system and integrating everything from the night.

When: Wednesday, July 29th from 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Where: Red Deer Healing and Wellness Center (Second floor of the Parkland Mall)
Investment: $75

Because we want to keep this a potent, intimate experience, there are only 10 spots available.
We will provide the mats and blankets. All you need to bring is your favorite mug for the cacao, a pillow, and your journal. Feel free to bring an eye pillow too if you have one.
