Join us for a cozy, two-day experience designed for a small group who’s ready to slow down, get curious, and go a little deeper.
This is a “mini” retreat by design—simple, intentional, and accessible. To keep it affordable, your ticket covers the heart of the experience: the in-person sessions, guided activities, and the space we’ll share together at the Red Deer Healing and Wellness Center, located upstairs in Parkland Mall. Lodging and meals are up to you, with plenty of nearby food options or the option to bring a bag lunch. Light snacks and refreshments will be available, so you can stay nourished and focused on what really matters while you’re here.
Through a blend of subconscious work, creativity, introspection, somatic practices and community, you’ll have space to explore what’s been shifting beneath the surface and who you’re becoming on the other side of it. This is an opportunity to take a few intentional steps towards your next version of self under the guidance of a skilled facilitator that wants you to live your best life.
