Prenatal +1 Workshop

Begin this workshop with a few fun facts, some basic anatomy, then enjoy a yoga practice with your support person. Learn tools and postures to help make pregnancy, labour and birth as comfortable as possible! We will end with a guided meditation, to release tension and invite calm.

An included Comfort & Labour Position printable makes a great addition to a birth plan!

Your plus one can be anyone who has been supporting you along your Prenatal Journey. No prior experience is required, just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Hurry and pre-register as spots are limited! The cost is only $75 for both participants ($37.50 per attendee)
