A dining event that is more than a meal. It is an opportunity to slow down, trust the experience and discover food in a completely new way. It is an immersive and sensory environment designed to heighten other senses simply by removing one. Taste, smell and even touch are sharpened with the temporary removal of your sight.
The menu will be a thoughtfully created surprise (unfortunately allergies and intolerances will not be able to be accommodated) .
There will perhaps be flavors that seem familiar, yet unexpected at the same time.
You will be welcomed into a softly lit area with gentle music playing in the background. After everyone is seated and introduced you will be asked to don a blindfold for this evenings meal. Because of the intimacy of the occasion this experience will be limited seating. As you dine I will prompt you to describe various aspects of how you are feeling, what you are tasting or smelling etc.
The dinner will be followed by entertainment and socializing sure to have you leaving with a smile on your face.
