🔎This class focuses on fundamental techniques like gentle isolations, hip circles, shimmies, and undulations to awaken your body’s natural grace. The magic of our silk veils will invite upper body mobility and expression as you play with flowing movements, ideal for posture, shoulder ROM and a touch of artistry.
