Hope Rising is a 4-week guided journey designed for women who want to rediscover what’s possible — in themselves, their relationships, and their future. Each two-hour session blends conversation, reflection, and practical tools to help participants nurture confidence, trust, and purpose. Grounded in the science of hope, the program offers a supportive space to explore personal growth and strengthen meaningful connections.

You’ll learn how to turn hope into action — by setting meaningful goals, identifying pathways forward, and growing your belief in your own capacity to create change.

About the Venue:
Sessions are hosted at my warm and welcoming Red Deer Capstone location. The course is will be a comfortable environment designed for connection and learning. The venue is fully accessible, with convenient parking, ground-level entry, and accessible washrooms to ensure everyone can participate with ease.
