In this session, experience the euphoric effects as well as the exquisite essence of the sacred blue lotus flower served as a ceremonial tea with crystal healing sound bowls to tune the mind, body & spirit to a state of balance & peace. For this session you will be seated on a yoga mat (bring your own) and will receive your own individual pot of tea. During this session we will use a 7 chakra crysta harp with a focus on the (crown) for a majority of the session. The crown is the connection the the divine self and universal consciousness. Please bring a anything that helps you get comfortable. Wear loose, cozy clothing and be ready to relax fully as you surrender into the healing frequencies.

Come as you are and leave feeling grounded, open, and deeply renewed.

How it works: Just bring a yoga mat and wear something comfy and perhaps a blanket if you get cold easily. For this hour session, you will sit or lay on your mat that overlooks the beautiful Sun Moon Yoga and Healing scenery while you drift away to the meditative crystal Harp.

Options: choose to solely pick the tea session, the harp session, or a combined session for both.

About Jhailyn:

The founder of Modern Hippi, Jhailyn has traveled world wide learning different meditation techniques and healing techniques from a variety of cultures. Born in the Dominican Republic and having both Taino and Sephardic roots, she has had an interesting opportunity to explore all facets of spirituality.

After a 10 year period of studying and dissecting the various cultural methods, she has hosted many guided meditations and full moon rituals both domestically and internationally with a focus on becoming one's best version via integrating the shadow self.

She has been hosting guided meditations since 2018.

Some places that have had the most influence on her meditation style: Thailand, Bali, Philippines, Dominican Republic, and Greece.
