The Throat is our 5th chakra, this chakra helps us through self expression, speaking our truth and finding our life's purpose

imbalances can be seen as thyroid issues, addiction, no self worth, neck and shoulder pain, it also effects our jaw and teeth.

Join me to open up to your person power and learn to express yourself fully, learn your life's true purpose by speaking your truth and working through communication issues.

Join me to talk more about the Throat chakra and enjoy a 30 min meditation wile each person receives 3-5 minutes of reiki.

Please bring a mat, cushion and dress comfortably
