Do you find yourself overwhelmed? Anxious? or stressed out?
This meditation is designed to help you find a deep relaxed state of mind. You will learn tools to use when you continue your meditations at home.

Nicole will guide you through a serene meditation with simple, light breathing, and scenery, to help you let go of all your day to day worries and grief. You will be guided to find your place of pure relaxation and become grounded, so you can continue to take on life's challenges more easily.

This meditation will come with tips on breathe work for simple calming meditations you can do on your own to help battle anxiety and panic attacks.

Joining a group meditation helps remove your day to day distractions, allowing you to shut down and completely relax in a safe environment with like minded people.


Please bring yoga mat and cushion, dress comfortable.
