We will discuss the four sacred plants most commonly used in traditional smudging ceremonies, followed by a short grounding exercise and then we will gather in circle to finish off with a group smudging.Please bring a notebook, pen and water to this workshop  Follow us on allevents.in to stay in the loop of all upcoming events***No refund if you canceled 48hrs prior to date. $10 from any paid registration is non refundable should you cancel at anytime.
