In these classes we focus on you, and your journey. Each week we will focus on 2 different chakra's, working our way up, and finishing with a balance at the end. We will take the full week to work on our own after we have meditated and activated our chakra's together. You will receive 2 to 5 min of Reiki treatment on the chakra's as we go, as well as receive a Journal to track you progress and help release and document your journey. The music played is also tuned to each chakra using binural beats. When we return to class we discuss our week, our up's and downs and move on learning about the next 2 chakra's, before connecting our selves through meditation and Reiki. This is the perfect class for those learning, starting their journey, need a refresher, plan to take there level one Reiki, or have already taken their Reiki. July 10th ROOT- Our root chakra is our stability in life, financial and otherwise. It's the chakra that keeps us grounded and moving forward. July 10th SACRAL- This is our personality, creativity, and sexuality. This chakra is our ability to create new things, and forms who we want to be. July 17th SOLAR PLEXUS- This is our Self worth, our confidence and our will power. This is our ability to do what we need for our highest good, have the confidence to create the lives we desire July 17th HEART - This is where our love and Joy come from, But also our grief and sadness. Our losses and gains reside in our Heart chakra. July 24th THROAT - This is our ability to speak up for ourselves, and speak our truth July 24th THIRD EYE- This is our ability to see the world for what it really is. Our psycic abilities also lay within. July 31st CROWN- This is where we connect to the divine, where our information comes from, knowledge and spirituality. July 31st BALANCE- In this last mediation, we will balance all our chakra energies, so you can continue your self healing with a fresh start. This is a relaxing lay down meditation - Bring a yoga mat and cushion for your comfort.
