In these classes we focus on you, and your journey.Each week we will focus on a different chakra, working our way up, and finishing with a balance at the end. We will take the full week to work on our own after we have meditated and activated our chakra together.You will receive up to 5 min of Reiki treatment on each chakra as we go, as well as receive a bracelet that is connected to the chakra's. These stones will become attuned to your chakra energy, and for you very own chakra healing.The music played is also tuned to each chakra using bineral beats. We also set up a color therapy intentions table to amplify our intentions for the meditation and the rest of the week.Jan 10 ROOT- Our root chakra is our stability in life, financial and otherwise.
