Class Details:

I am very pleased to announce that this class has been extended to 90 minutes and before each class I will be doing an I Ching energy reading for the group! This will provide insights into the coming month.

The gong has the power to go deep inside the body and restore vibration imbalances. During a sound bath you are bathed in sounds produced by instruments such as Himalayan, Nepalese, crystal singing bowls, gong and percussion. 

These powerful tools can help you feel a sense of inner peace and offer the opportunity for self-reflection. 

You may experience the session either in a seated or lying position.
​It is advisable to bring a yoga mat, blanket and cushion for your comfort.
