What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Parking is available around the Downtown Branch in various locations. Check the City of Red Deer website for more details: http://www.reddeer.ca/city-services/parking/parking-downtown/
The Downtown Branch is conveniently served by City of Red Deer Transit and a great network of biking and walking trails.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Please bring a printed ticket or proof of your ticket on your mobile device. Anyone without a ticket will be asked to leave when the library closes at 8 pm (whereas ticket holders will be permitted to stay later).
You mention a reception - is this included in my ticket?
Yes - and this is the benefit of reserving a ticket! Once the library closes to the general public, ticket holders will have access to a bar and some light refreshments. If you plan to enjoy an alcoholic beverage, please bring valid ID.
Is this an adult only event?
No, kids and teens are welcome to get tickets too!
