This workshop will encompass nutrition, mental health and physical health. Anxiety, stress and depression have become more common in the past years, and have increased significantly with COVID-19. Participants will learn some useful tools to help them in day-to-day life.
All Red Deer County programs will be following AHS and government COVID-19 guidelines to ensure the safety of all participants and instructors. Facial coverings may be required for participation.
