BACK IN BLACK AC/DC tribute/ SHAKEY- An Evening with Neil Young Almost--Close your eyes and you'll swear that you're listening to Neil Young. This is the best of both worlds right here. -- Neil Young in the afternoon starting around 4ish-"Imagine it's 1970 and you're watching Neil Young perform at The Bitter End in the Village, The Cellar Door in Georgetown or at Massey Hall in Toronto sometime in '71". Followed up by some good ol rock n rock in the evening with BACK IN BLACK AC/DC tribute. Great news we have the famous Johnny Mystic -- Johnny Mystic is a consummate professional magician with over 30 years of performing experience. He will be performing from 330-630 walking the crowd doing his performance. Bring the kids it's a family event for all. Back in Black will start around 7ish Yes we have a dunk tank for kids n adults. So, we have a riding bull booked -- it's a very new rare double riding bull, will be under a 40x40 tent. 2 bulls set up in same area for competition. This will be funny as hell and great to watch. Bull riding will begin around 3 -- competition will start around 430 so you can get those rides in to get broke in lol. Get ahold of me for wrist bands. Tickets day of $40. pp. Bring your own food if you want to cook. BBQ pits are spread around the area or just walk up to the kitchen window and order something. Tickets are $20. each IN ADVANCE -- where can you go for a whole day of fun like this. Tents will be set up -- 20x30 and 40x40 same as last time so no worries about getting wet or sunburnt lol. Bring your tents/ camper and set up before the fun begins. We will have the park till Monday. We want to thank chef Larry from Readsboro store, Anthony Donovan and Theresa Schwab for helping out cooking in kitchen. last year people where amazing and we could not have ever pulled it off; they saved our ass big time. We want to say hell ya to the wild man himself Kim Mcbreairty for coming back down from Maine to serve us up some great food -- It's a long trip from Allagash, Maine and we want to give him a huge thank you. Kim said this year he will be cooking -- steamship round slow cooked over an open fire. We are also having brisket and smoked pork butts so come hungry. Side by sides/ sxs can come down into park, we will have a special parking area inside the park. Parking inside the park is for handicap placard vehicles/ band members and workers. Yes, we will also have a designated driver for those who live in town and want to be picked up or drove home. Just get ahold of me to be picked up beforehand so I can add to the list. Parking for others will be along the main road RT 100 by the foot bridge and old lumber mill. If you want to unload your vehicle just drive down into park, unload and we can have designated driver follow you while parking and drive you back into park --- no walking needed. Bring the family and kids for a great day of fun. If you bring kids please make sure you watch your kids -- under 14 free. Corn hole tournament will start about 3.-- sign up 2 to a team - $5 entry -- first place team winner's take all. Or how ever you want to play singles/ teams. 50/50 draw. - 7ish -- $ 5 a ticket or 10 for $20. $200 Money tree -- $5 a ticket or10 for$20. Susan's birthday is the 20th so we will be having a birthday cake, band will sing happy birthday -- no gifts please just say happy birthday. Food to be announce. Food starts around 2/3 ish - 7ish or when gone if gone -- we never have run out. - when the wild man Kim decides. Could be serving to 10 we just don't know lol. Not sure when main meal will be done but thinking around 4/5ish 1. Hot Dogs. -$3 2. Hamburgers n cheeseburgers. - $5 3. Sausage n onions n peppers. - $7 4. Caesar pasta salad, peas, bacon n tuna. 5. Soda n water. 6. Steamship round over an open fire, 2 sides $15. 7. Cowboy beans. 8. Pete's seafoods famous Cole Slaw. 9. Smoked brisket/ pork butts with 2 sides. $15. The lions park has horseshoe pits, corn hole boards will be set up for those who want to play, a pond and playground for the kids, bring your own beverage, a comfortable lawn chair/ blanket, bug spray, ice and dancing shoes. Will be a little bon fire going on. Lots of ice lol. This is the same as parties at our house if you are not welcomed here do not come to this event you will be asked to leave. It's the ones this cause trouble we don't want here. This is a fun time; we never had any issues at any of our party's but 1 lol and it will not be tolerated.
