Leave the course feeling confident to guide and support women in attuning to their unique cyclic imprint and how that affects and influences their entire life. This can have profound effects on all aspects of a woman’s health.

The day will feel very nourishing for yourself too – a deeply yin day where you will experience the benefits of attuning inwardly to the wisdom of womb.

Suitable for all – those without or without a physical womb (we are always working with the energetic womb)

This is a practical course which involves personal body work, gentle movement and breath work, with some floor based practises.

She is a CICM graduate and founder of ‘Womanhood’, which is anchored in the deep well of wisdom of East Asian Medicine, but also incorporating practices and wisdom from other traditions as well as from within.
