* Everyone else walks 4.1m to regroup at S16 for a final photo call.  * All together again for the 1.4m gentle jog back to VH.

          SHORT RUN - 9.8m   Target pace 12 min miles
          WALK/ RUN  - 7.2m   Target pace 20 / 12 min miles
