This class is accessible and all inclusive. There are no age requirements to attend. Anyone needing low impact due to injury or healthy restrictions are welcome.

About the instructor:
Jen DeBlase has been a licensed Zumba® Instructor since October of 2016. Offering movement to all ages and fitness levels has been a true passion for her. She also offers Zumba®, Zumba Toning®, and Aqua Zumba® classes in Muhlenberg and Laureldale.

Jen lives in Muhlenberg with her husband, Andrew, and daughter Isabella. They enjoy traveling and hunting for new plant based restaurants/festivals in Pennsylvania.
