Rentals the Right Way: Master the Art of Assisting Landlords and Tenants
Navigating the rental process can be a rewarding yet complex niche in real estate. As a professional in this field, you’ll help both landlords and tenants navigate a variety of legalities and processes—while managing significant risks and responsibilities. Are you prepared to take on the challenge and reap the rewards?
This updated and expanded program is designed to equip you with the essential knowledge and skills needed to confidently assist landlords and tenants in successfully completing rental transactions. By the end of the course, you’ll be ready to manage the complexities of rental agreements and ensure that all parties are satisfied, while minimizing liability and risk.
This course satisfies the Fair Housing / Anti-Bias Training that all REALTORS® are required to complete upon becoming a member, and every 3 years thereafter, coinciding with the Code of Ethics training timeline.
