Reading Meditation Group Gathering

Take a pause in the middle of your week and join a friendly meditation circle here in Reading. We meet to breathe, reflect, and reconnect—rooted in Buddhist-inspired practices and the inclusive spirit of Unitarian Universalism.

Expect a mix of guided meditation, silent sitting, and gentle discussion in a supportive, non-judgmental environment. Open to all backgrounds and experience levels.

🪷 Arrive between 6:30–7:00 p.m. for snacks and conversation — a gentle transition from the day into practice.

🪑 We begin sitting promptly at 7:00 p.m. Cushions and chairs will be ready; just bring yourself exactly as you are.
