- **Event Description**: PULSE is very proud to present Chris Wells as our very special guest DJ in the Purple Turtle basement on Saturday 26th June, joining his brother and longtime DJ/promoter partner, PULSE resident Pete Wheeler. Chris & Pete spent over ten years building and DJing at their own club nights in Reading, London and beyond including CUBED, Skint Mondays, Disco Sucks and Future Classics. Their combined passion for a broad range of electronic music genres saw them book and DJ alongside a full spectrum of artists including Midland, Leon Vynehall, Flight Facilities, SBTRKT (live), Erol Alkan, Paul Woolford, Skream, Jackmaster, Dusky, Groove Armada, MJ Cole, Artwork, DJ Zinc, Mike Skinner, Disclosure (live) and many more in Reading.  Over that time, the pair also DJed together at many club nights and festivals, supporting everyone from 2manyDJs to Annie Mac, Basement Jaxx to Digitalism and hosted a regular radio show on Music Box Radio.

On Saturday 26th June, Pete & Chris come together in the basement booth of Purple Turtle for the first time since their legendary CUBED takeovers in 2016. Join us for this special reunion from 10pm-3am, entry is free (with ID required by all). See you on the dancefloor! x
