Did you know low back pain, bathroom breaks during the night, and pain with sex can all be signs of pelvic floor dysfunction?

Join us for this workshop to gain an awareness of the pelvic floor and its role in everything we do. Pelvic health specialist, Dr. Morgan McCammit PT/DPT will provide insight on the many roles of the pelvic floor and how it may be telling you it needs help!

Awareness of the pelvic floor will be explored through a yoga practice guided by Jess G. The poses being taught are often used in pelvic physical therapy to get in touch with the strong and complex muscles of the hip region. Morgan and Sierra will be present throughout the practice to assist and answer questions.

Please bring a notebook if you would like to take notes during the information session of the workshop.
