When toxic waste starts appearing in their creek, Katy and Joel set out to uncover who is behind it. Stopping the damage will take courage, persistence, and a whole town willing to come together. It Came From the Creek explores environmental stewardship, civic action, and the importance of protecting the places we call home.

Hosted by Reading District Libraries and Berks Nature at their beautiful facility, and open to readers of all ages, the evening will feature a conversation with the author, an audience Q&A, and a book signing.
