Course Two
Watermelon & Feta Salad
Juicy watermelon sheets topped with Mediterranean dressing, radish, feta, pine nuts and shaved cucumber.
Course Three
Salmon Pita
A delicate salmon cake infused with capers, lemon, and spinach, nestled on fresh house-made pita bread. Topped with grilled red onion, shaved cucumber, heirloom tomato, and a duo of tzatziki & whipped feta sauce for a perfect coastal bite.
Course Four
Gremolata-Encrusted Lamb
Succulent lamb, herb-crusted with lemon zest, garlic, and parsley gremolata — seared to perfection and served with grilled halloumi cheese and lemon roasted potatoes. A savory and aromatic centerpiece inspired by the heart of the Mediterranean.
Course Five
Baklava with Pistachio Gelato
Flaky layers of phyllo pastry filled with honey, walnuts, and pistachios, served warm and paired with a scoop of pistachio gelato. A sweet, nutty finale to a rich and flavorful evening.
