I’m Excited to share with you a New class which will be every other Friday evening 6.30-8pm at Yoga � Studio in Tilehurst.

This will involve a Short guided Breathwork to reset your Vagus Nerve, a guided meditation and practice of Mudras.

To help you either feel more energised in your day to day life, or calm you when in moments of anxiety or stress, also there are practices to gain motivation or more focus.

Resetting or stimulating the vagus nerve, a key component of the parasympathetic nervous system responsible for the rest and digest functions, can offer several benefits, including:

�reducing stress/anxiety
�improving mood
�bolstering brain function
�promoting relaxation and recovery
