- **Event Description**: As the year draws to a close and the days turn inward, this extended practice offers a sanctuary of quiet stillness and renewal. Guided by the slow, grounding postures of Yin Yoga, you will gently release the body’s tension and create space for ease.

From this softened state, you will be led into the profound rest of Yoga Nidra that nourishes the nervous system, cultivates deep relaxation, and inner calm.

As we approach the Winter Solstice, the longest night of the year, this gathering becomes an invitation to honour the season’s natural call to deep rest. By attuning to the quiet wisdom of the solstice, we create space to reset and to gently prepare for the light’s slow return.

No prior experience is needed. Please wear warm layers, a blanket, and any props that support your comfort as we journey inward together

We meet in the small hall of Pangbourne Village Hall. All accessories provided.

Places are offered on a first come, first served basis, upon receipt of payment. If it is the first time you have attended one of my classes, you will need to complete a brief Health Form.
