And there is a very simple objective...🎯 GET TO 1,000!Only a handful of people have ever completed the challenge.💀 HOW THE iF 1000 WORKS 💀There are 10 stations across the iF 1000 course. Each station features two identical exercises, creating a true head-to-head battle between competitors.⏱️ You have 3 minutes at each station to achieve as many:💥 Reps🔥 Calories🏃 Lengths...as possible, depending on the exercise. Every effort is scored. Every point counts. Every station can change your position on the leaderboard. 🏆⚔️ SOLO • PAIR • TRIO ⚔️Take on the course:☑️ Solo☑️ Pair☑️ TrioCertain advanced exercises carry higher scoring ratios because of their difficulty, including challenges such as:🔥 Rope Climbs🔥 Pull Ups🔥 Dips🔥 Elite Muscle UpsThe scoring system rewards difficulty while giving everyone the opportunity to maximise their performance, with regressed exercises scoring lower but keeping things ultra competitive.⚖️ THE WEIGHTSMen will use the same prescribed weights regardless of age or ability. The weights have been carefully selected to provide a genuine challenge while allowing competitors to maximise their effort.👩 Women will use lighter prescribed weights.👫 Mixed pairs and trios will use the men's prescribed weight.🔥 10 COURSES. 10 STATIONS. 10 BATTLES. 🔥There isn't just one iF 1000 course, there are 10 named courses, each providing a different challenge.
